Description
It is said that without hooves, there is no horse. It is thanks to their biomechanics that they modulate the irregularities of the ground, protecting the joints from inappropriate and uneven loads. Inadequate hardness, moisture, lack of resilience often cause difficulties in movement and contribute to injuries. Nutrition is an important factor in healthy hoof growth and in maintaining hoof strength and integrity. Hooves need energy, protein, vitamins, minerals and water to function properly. If there is a deficiency in any one of these components, the integrity of the horn structure may be compromised. The complementary feed Equinox Hooves enriched with biotin, zinc, copper, magnesium and manganese is intended for horses with hoof problems. Zinc and phosphorus, in the presence of magnesium, play a key role in maintaining a healthy structure. Calcium, on the other hand, is involved in the final phase of the hoof horn; its deficiency causes a reduction in the elasticity of the whole structure. The product supports the regular growth of a healthy hoof horn, protects against wall cracks and strengthens and nourishes the whole hoof. The addition of vitamin C and purple coneflower with anti-inflammatory properties reduces the risk of infection within the hoof and prevents rotting of the hoof fibula. The addition of buckwheat in the Equinox Hooves complementary feed improves the blood circulation in the hoof cup. And you are off with your hoof !!!
